Premium Wheel Refurbishment

We offer a complete premium wheel refurbishing service for car and motorcycle alloys, and provide our customers with a high-quality finish and durability that can’t be matched by our competitors. We use a local factory for our refurbishing who have the contracts to refurbish wheels for BMW, Audi, Porsche and Mercedes main dealers. Their wheel refurbishment is done to the highest standard and we have built up a reputation with wheel repairs and refurbishment over the last 20 years for high-quality work and reliability. We have thousands of satisfied customers and all work is fully guaranteed.

Bespoke colours can also be requested with all of the normal refurbishing procedures. Don’t waste money with cheap wheel refurbishment as you won’t be pleased with the finish and it will begin to flake off when having tyres replaced or when jet washing.

The Incredible Process

The work is completed in modern facilities, receiving full pre-paint anti-corrosion treatment and painting in OEM approved controlled air paint shops. No other UK wheel manufacturer or refurbishment company has these approvals, facilities or complete service! Wheels are checked on our wheel balancer to check for run out and buckles.

Tyres are removed and the wheels inspected for stress cracks or other damage.
Any metal damage that has occurred is repaired if safe to do so.
Unsightly kerb damage, scuffs and scratches are removed by CNC machines.
Wheels are then chemically stripped to remove all existing paint and are primed, painted and lacquered.
The final process is to oven stove the wheel for a highly durable finish.
On receiving delivery of the wheels we then refit and balance your tyres.

We also offer buckle repairs and weld repairs for lightly damaged and cracked alloys. We do not use fillers which are an inferior repair. All wheels are welded then machined by experienced engineers.

We always add structural strength back into the wheel by welding. A full inspection of the wheel will be completed on site, which will allow a detailed quotation to be provided. All work is fully guaranteed.

Do you remove unsightly kerb damage (scrapes, scuffs and scratches)?

All kerb damage is removed by hand or using our automated CNC machines, depending on its severity.

What if my wheels are corroded, blistered or oxidised?

All corrosion is removed from the alloy during the stripping stages and once recoated and lacquered will be completely sealed to prevent further oxidisation.

Can you supply spare wheels while mine is being refurbished?

We do not offer this service. You can bring wheels in loose or at no extra charge your vehicle will be stored safely and securely at the factory, turnaround is 2-3 days.

Can you refurbish 2 and 3 piece wheels?

Yes. All wheel types can be accommodated and are completely disassembled, refurbished and reassembled.

Can you refurbish machine faced wheels?

Yes. Complete and part machined wheels can be repaired and refurbished.

Do you remove the existing paint finish?

Yes. The wheels are completely stripped back to the alloy to be repaired if necessary and repainted through a multiple paint application process.

Can you match my original paint finish?

We have a range of colours which will closely match your original paint colour at no extra cost. An exact paint match is available for an additional cost.

Can my wheels be refurbished in a different colour?

Yes. They can be refurbished in a wide range of colours including black, gold, white, anthracite and many more.

How long is the process?

The process varies depending upon the finish and condition of the wheels. Typical lead times are 2-3 working days for a refurbish and 4 days for diamond cut finishes.

Will you fit new tyres to my refurbished wheels?

If your tyres are safe and legal we can refit your own tyres. If you prefer a new set of tyres we can provide you with very competitive prices on premium or budget tyres.
